All Items on julianjames.ca are put into production once orders are placed.

Typically, placed orders will ship within the 7 business days after your order is cleared. However, please allow up to 3 weeks for your placed orders to ship.

You will be notified if further delays occur.

All Items are Hand Made individually in Canada.

✻ Returns ✻

All Sales are Final unless Item(s) are damaged upon arrival,

or incorrect item(s) received.

If item(s) are Damaged upon arrival or Item(s) not ordered are received, please email contact@julianjames.ca within 30 days of receiving this package.

Returns will be refused if the item(s) are Damaged, Worn and or Altered in any way. (this includes item packaging add-ons)

Julian James Reserves the Rights to Refuse any and all unauthorized returns.
